This notice explains how Love Is... ("we", "us") processes personal data collected through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data controller

What data we collect
- Inquiry form: names, email, phone/WhatsApp, wedding date and destination, venue, guest count, budget range, Instagram handle (optional) and the message you write to us.
- Technical data: when you browse the site, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security purposes.
Why we process it
- To answer your inquiry and prepare a proposal (legal basis: pre-contractual measures, art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- To keep our correspondence and, if you book us, to manage the commission and related legal/tax obligations (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR).
- To keep the website secure (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it to anyone.
How long we keep it
Inquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from our last contact, unless a contract follows — in that case, data is retained for the period required by law (typically 10 years for accounting documents).
Who can access it
Only the data controller and service providers required to operate the website and deliver inquiries, including our website hosting provider, FormSubmit (form delivery) and our email provider. Form submissions may be processed and temporarily retained by FormSubmit according to its privacy terms. Media files (photos, films, music) are served from our own hosting. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may process your IP address; see Google's privacy policy for details.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability of your data, or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali). To exercise your rights, contact us at the email in the footer.
Published photographs and films
The images and films on this site are shown with the consent of the couples portrayed. If you appear in any content and wish it removed, contact us and we will handle your request promptly.
